Every single year, as soon as the month of June starts, brands give themselves a temporary makeover and release a wave of rainbow products in a display of sudden alyship with the LGBTQ+ community.
Queerwash is a response to this phenomenon and takes the form of a satirical ad for a queerwashing spray designed to help brands to sell their products to a LGBTQ+ audience. The visual identity borrows from the codes of cleaning product commercials in all of their sparkly silliness for maximum impact.
